Access the Delegated Account
Once the delegation is set up:
Open your work Gmail on your computer.
Click your profile picture or initial in the top-right corner of the Gmail window.
In the dropdown, you’ll see the delegated email address listed below your primary account. Click on it to open the delegated inbox.
Managing Emails in the Delegated Account
When managing a delegated account:
Emails sent from the delegated account will indicate they were sent by you on behalf of the account owner.
The delegated account has its own labels, settings, and filters, independent of your personal Gmail account.
Delegates cannot change account settings, passwords, or chat on behalf of the account owner.
