In a 24x7 boarding community, some of us may be working at hours when most are not on their email. A great feature of GMail is a Schedule Send. This way you can compose a message when you are working on Saturday night, but schedule it to go out first thing on Monday morning if the email is not time sensitive and can wait until the "work week" starts.
To use Schedule Send:
- Compose your email as you normally do
- Click the down arrow next to the Send button << Schedule Send
- Click Pick Date and Time
- Select the date and time to send your message << Schedule Send
