Some people have reported difficulty accessing Brightly to submit work orders. See the screenshot below for an example.
To get past this, you need to clear the cache in your Chrome browser:
- Click on the Chrome menu (top left) -> delete browsing data -> all time (dropdown) -> delete data (button)
- You only need to select Cached images and files
