As i can understand that Student cannot install apps through Creative Cloud Desktop App. However, Manage permission settings can be modified on computer to allow user to access Creative Cloud desktop application by following the steps mentioned below:
1. Launch the CCDA app and Sign out the user from CCDA and then quit the CCDA.
2. Navigate to the following location and move the Service config.xml file on desktop MacOS: Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs
3. After moving the file on desktop open it in notepad/textedit and make the changes to that from False to True.
Save the file and move it back to the same location. If required please recheck the file on the same location to make sure that the changes has been saved successfully. 5. Then launch the CCDA and sign in. Let me know if steps shared above helps in resolving the issue.
