Create a webinar from an account with webinar rights at: pomfret.zoom.us 


Include any and all panelists - they will receive an email invitation


Start the webinar in practice mode until all panelists are there and ready.


Click on "Screen Share" and make sure allow all panelists to screen share is on

Click on three dots by the Chat window and make sure participants can chat with no-one

Panelist - select attendee video layout to "active speaker view"


Mute host (me) and stop video and then start the meeting for all.


Panelists should wait about 30sec or so to let the meeting fill up before sharing any information. They can talk, but need to realize that not everyone is 'there' yet.
